Nokia Asha 310 Review ,Features and Specifications

Nokia Asha 310 that was announced last month is now available in India from the official Nokia Shop. It is the company’s first affordable touch screen phone with Dual SIM support and WiFi connectivity. It has a 3.0-inch (240 x 320 pixels), scratch-resistant capacitive touch screen display, 1 GHz processor and a  2 MP rear camera. It  runs on S40 Asha OS with Swipe UI and comes with 40 Free EA games including Tetris, Bejeweled, Need for Speed The Run and Fifa 2012. Nokia launched the Asha 311 last year, which was their first full-touch Series 40 phone.

Samsung has launched Rex, a new series of dual SIM feature phones in India. These java-based phones include, REX 60, REX 70, REX 80 and REX 90. Samsung is calling these Smart features phones. These phones are developed in India and it would be launched in several growing markets globally starting from India. These phones have TouchWiz interface with 8 homescreens Bluetooth and and some of these also have WiFi support.

The Smart Dual SIM feature in these phones would let you receive calls from one SIM even when the other SIM is in use. The REX 70 and REX 90 has True Hot Swap feature that would let you swap SIM cards without switching the device off. Looks like these are targeted to compete with the Nokia Asha dual SIM phones, which comes with a similar feature called Easy Swap Dual SIM.
