LG OPTIMUS G PRO WITH 5.5-INCH 1080P DISPLAY ANNOUNCED

LG has finally unveiled the Optimus G Pro that comes with a 5.5-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD display with streamlined glass border in the front panel that would offer 2.5 D effect.It also has minimal bezel on the sizes that would offer a better grip. The company released the Optimus G Pro for the Japanese market last month that has a 5-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display.

It is powered by a 1.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ 8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU and runs on  Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). LG did not reveal the complete hardware specifications, but it is likely to come with similar features as the Japanese version including a 13 MP rear camera with BSI sensor and LED Flash and a 2 MP front-facing camera.

The LG Optimus G Pro would come in Black and White colors, and is expected to go on sale by the end of February. No details about the price or the worldwide availability yet. Hope LG would showcase the phone at the MWC 2013 later this month
